Studio Guests are personally invited by the show producer after a thorough screening. Guests generally have over 10 yrs experience and do not have any outstanding complaints. Guests are typically leaders in sales or customer service and have a commitment to ethical business practices. Guests must be prepared to come in to the studio at their own expense on the Friday afternoon prior to airing and should have prepared answers to four specific questions. Vignettes are tape delayed and are recorded for airing the following week. Guests may send a SPOKESMAN on the company’s behalf.
