The show’s producer personally invites profiled companies after a thorough screening. Profiled companies generally have over 10 years experience and do not have any outstanding complaints. These companies are typically leaders in sales or customer service and have a commitment to ethical business practices. Profiled companies may come in to the studio at their own expense on the Friday afternoon prior to airing to engage in an interview, or have a previously approved profile script. Profiles are tape delayed and are recorded for airing the following week.
