With more than 20 years of experience in audio/video production, Bob has created more long-form radio and television productions than any other producer in Texas. His work has spotlighted over 2,000 different companies across the country and has been recognized with 10 national Telly Awards, three Aurora Awards and one national Katie Award. Bob is a member of the Dallas Press Club.

About John Criswell

The mention of John Criswell’s name conveys a feeling of trust rare among journalists today. As Senior Anchor for Dallas’ two leading television stations for more than 28 years, John brought a wealth of daily news and political reporting expertise to his audiences. And he pioneered the nationally emulated “Wednesday’s Child’ program, earning recognition from the White House as a “Point of Light”.

When the Associated Press of Texas established its Broadcaster of the Year Award, John was the first recipient.

John is President and CEO of WISE COUNSEL, a nonprofit strategic and crisis communications company providing spokesman services, media coaching-training and crisis mitigation and management planning to business, industry, churches, ministries and faith based schools.

John’s commitment to service includes areas that have deep personal significance. He and his wife, Elizabeth Myatt Criswell, founded the Deaf Action Center, an agency serving those who are deaf and deaf/blind. John served two terms as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation, and currently serves on the Boards of; LifeBuilders, The Dallas-Fort Worth Foundation for the Deaf, and the Foundation for Abused and Neglected Children. John was also a founding board member of Open Arms (Bryan’s House) the residential facility for children with HIV-Aids.

John has received two Gubernatorial appointments; from Texas Governor-now President George W. Bush, to his Task Force on Adoption, and from Governor Mark White to his commission on Child Abuse.

He can be seen and heard on both daily and weekly radio and television broadcasts. He is host of “The Call” aired on Family Net and the Hallmark Channel, Producer and co host of “Smart Money”, on the USA Radio network, and is co-host of “PowerPoint”, Prestonwood Baptist church’s syndicated daily radio ministry Program.

John works extensively with a number of clients providing proprietary training and education by satellite, internet streaming, videotape and DVD media. He hosts or moderates programs for both national and local companies including; Primedia Workplace Learning, The Law Enforcement, Fire & Emergency Networks, Homeland Security, The Automotive Satellite Network, VHA Hospitals of America Network, and The Joint Commission on Hospital Accreditation. Other commercial and film clients include: IBM, Xerox, Nortel, American Airlines, Pacificare, Walker Texas Ranger, and numerous local state and national commercials.

He additionally is founder of the Visual Biography Company, a film and video production company specializing in Documentaries and Biographies.

John has three avid interests: his seven grand children, golf and flying. He has been a private pilot for more than 30 years and has constructed three aircraft in his garage for his personal flying pleasure. He and his wife Elizabeth live in a Dallas suburb with two dogs, a cat, and a large mortgage.
